As long as you have the puzzle solving kit, you can play any day you like without making a reservation
2.Decide the date and location where you would like to receive your mystery solving kit in advance, and purchase a mystery solving kit exchange ticket.
You will be able to receive your mystery solving kit at the "mystery solving kit exchange location" on the day at
Kofu City Tourist Information Center.
